  1. Check whether the power supply of the high-pressure cement grouting pump is normal.
  2. Check the motor and gear oil pump, and turn it a few times.
  3. Turn on the switch of the pressure gauge and loosen the pressure regulating handwheel of the overflow valve.
  4. Put the suction pipe into clean water to test.
  5. Check whether the steering of the motor and gear oil pump is correct.
  6. Check whether the hydraulic reversing valve group can control the reciprocating movement of the oil cylinder.
  7. Start the motor, adjust the system pressure to 1-2Mpa, and run the test for about 5 minutes (at this time, the discharge valve of the mixer is fully opened). If it is functioning properly, close the valve on the mixer and adjust the oil pressure to the desired level. Maximum pressure, then stop the grouting machine, ready to work.
  8. Open the grouting valve of the mixer and inject water for 1 minute. If everything is normal, quickly put the two suction pipes into the grout tank for normal grouting operations.
