Solution to the sudden failure of tunnel spraying materials in wet shotcrete machine：
- When the pipeline is blocked or about to be blocked, the vibrator should be turned off first, and the mixture in the feeding pipeline should be sprayed out, so that the pressure in the pipeline can be restored to the normal working range before being turned on.
- Turn off the machine, and then start cleaning the feed pipe (Note: before disassembling the cyclone separator or pipeline, first reduce the pressure in the feed pipe to 0). After the pipeline is confirmed to be trouble-free, please restart the machine according to the startup procedure and resume normal work.
- When shotcreting, the feeding of the hopper should be kept as continuous as possible to make the spraying performance stable.
- When large objects such as steel bars, iron plates and other sundries enter the rotor cavity, it is necessary to prevent the machine from being damaged. During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to clean the material cavity with a long stick to avoid serious damage to the machine.
- Keep the surroundings of the exhaust port of the deceleration system clean, so as to prevent the main motor from burning due to blockage.
- When cleaning the machine, it is forbidden to wash the electrical control box and the main motor with water, so as to avoid short circuit connection and affect the normal operation of the machine.
